Palm Beach State College (PBSC) intends to use knowledge and experience gained through the collaborative’s research to enhance several ongoing initiatives, including the recent expansion of its e-Learning and Instructional Technology team and the implementation of Quality Matters, a faculty-development program. Palm Beach State College was founded in 1933 as Florida’s first public community college. It has grown from three classrooms and 41 local students to five campuses and 48,757 students from more than 161 countries. One of the top producers of associate degree graduates in the U.S., PBSC also offers baccalaureate degrees, professional certificates, career training, and corporate and continuing education.
